SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship to all 50 states across the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available — call to inquire.
Large Items
Bumpers, fenders, and other oversized items may ship via freight carrier. We'll coordinate delivery details with you directly.
In-Store Pickup
Pick up your order at our store in Alsip, Illinois. Call ahead to confirm availability and pickup times.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here's what you need to know:

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging.
Condition Requirements
Items must be uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on installed, modified, or damaged products.
How to Return
Call us at (708) 631-2600 to initiate your return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

WARRANTY

Most products sold at Gizari Chrome Shop come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible — whether that means a replacement, exchange, or refund.
